The App allows users to authenticate using their Apple ID. By choosing this method, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Symptom Tracking
The App provides tools for tracking symptoms related to various health conditions. Please note that the App is not intended for use in the diagnosis or treatment of any medical conditions. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
4. No Personal Identifying Information
We strongly advise you not to enter any personally identifying information (PII) into the App. The App is not HIPAA compliant and does not provide the same level of protection for your health information. By using the App, you acknowledge that any information you choose to share is not protected under HIPAA or similar privacy laws.
5. Data Security
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. User Responsibilities
